Since the last update to Zoho CRM, we have been working on further enhancing the interface based on your requests. With this latest update, we hope to address a few of those requests:

Navigation in Reports - Now you have no limitation in the number of records that are fetched in a report. A report will list all the records with the matching criteria and those will be accessible to you. Please note that maximum 2000 records will be listed per page and while exporting, you will be able to export the report one page at a time.

Workflow Rules Limit - If you are using the Enterprise Edition, you now have the advantage of creating 30 workflow rules/module compared to the previous limit of 20 rules/module.



Russian Language Support - Russian users can use Zoho CRM in their own language as we support Russian language now. It is yet another addition to the long list of languages that we support. (add the link to this list)

Record Owner in Mail Merge - Your mail merge documents can now include the record owner's information too.
