New in Zoho CRM: Minor UI Improvements

We're pleased to announce some UI Improvements in Zoho CRM, before we come to the end of the year 2010.
- Long Integer Field - Along with the 17 types of custom fields, there is another field added to the list, the Long Integer. This field supports up to 18-digits and can be used for fields that contain Bank Account numbers, Support Ticket numbers etc.
- Close Tasks in a single click - You can easily close the tasks from the list view by simply clicking the Close link.
- Product Description for Line Items - You can include a small description for the products associated to Quotes, Invoices, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders. This will help you include a small description to the products associated to Quotes, Invoices, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Choose a section while creating a field - After creating a field, now you need not visit the Edit Page Layout feature to add the field in a section. You can do so while creating the field by choosing the Section Name from the drop-down list.
- Lead Creation Date & Time - You can transfer the Lead Created Time details into Accounts, Contacts and Potentials upon lead conversion. This will help you keep track of the time the lead was generated and the time taken to close the deal.
- Created By and Modified By for Report's Criteria - While creating reports, you can now use the Created By and Modified By fields to define the criteria in your reports.
