New in Zoho CRM: Pre-fill Public Forms with CRM Data

Public forms just got more flexible! With the new Pre-fill Public Forms with CRM Data option in the Zoho Forms integration, people filling out your public forms can search for a CRM record, select the right one, and have the form automatically populate with its details.

You can control exactly which CRM modules and fields are available, giving users a simpler form experience while keeping your data protected. Before enabling data sharing, Zoho CRM will display a warning and ask you to confirm your settings.

✨ What’s new?

✅ Less manual entry: Users can search for and select a CRM record instead of entering details from scratch.

✅ Fewer errors: Form fields are populated directly from CRM data, helping reduce typos and incorrect information.

✅ Better record matching: Submissions are associated with the selected CRM record, making it easier for your team to follow up.

✅ Flexible data sharing: Choose which modules and fields can be used to pre-fill public forms.

✅ Control over your data: Existing CRM permissions and sharing rules continue to apply, and you can disable the option whenever needed.

📌 Where can this help?

• Customer Support: Let customers select their company account when submitting a support request.

• Manufacturing: Allow buyers to select their product when registering a warranty.

• Wholesale and Distribution: Help customers select products from your CRM catalogue when submitting order enquiries.

📅 Availability

This feature will be rolled out to all users over the coming weeks. Availability may vary as the rollout progresses. Once enabled, users with the Administrator profile can configure the settings for their Zoho Forms integration.
