Hi Folks,

My business needs a new CRM system - we're presently using ACT - and I like the look, feel and integration with MS Office 365 that ZOHO appears to offer.

I've initially thought of procuring a managed implementation, but have discovered the service is simply unaffordable against the number of users we need.

QUESTION - Given I understand databases, we have access to a good IT support guy and none of my people are afraid of a bit of work, do current users think we might be able to manage the transition in-house?

In short - how complicated is this to set up?
