New Lead and New Contact screen have Title and FirstName field swapped

New Lead and New Contact screen have Title and FirstName field swapped

Yesterday evening I noticed that the Title field, which contains a 5 character long drop down field, had been labeled FirstName.  The FirstName field is now labeled Title.   I have a personal account and a work account and problem exists on both accounts.   Also see the problem on 2 different computers.

Please correct this problem.  Thanks.
