New Lead in "All Open Leads" Not Showing Up

New Lead in "All Open Leads" Not Showing Up

I created a new lead. Normally when I create a new lead it appears at the top when I have "All Open Leads" selected. With this last new lead, I have to search for it and then I see the profile. Is this new? Or did I hit some sort of limit on my free account? Or is this a bug?
