As a salesperson I am often on the road and I use the Android App frequently. One of the aggravations I have is that it is not possible to call a person directly from a Potentials record. Instead, I have to select the contact name from the record and then initiate the call from the contact record. Then when the call is complete I have to modify the call log to associate the call with potential.
I have to go through a similar process to send an e-mail from my mobile device.
This process adds a number of unnecessary steps and can prove very distracting and unsafe if you are driving.
I suggest that the ZCRM development team allow users to include the primary contact phone number and e-mail address in the potentials record automatically using a look-up. When the person selects the primary contact for the Potential it should automatically populate both the phone number and the e-mail address. If the user does not want that information displayed in the record they can user the user customization/set-up to remove those fields from the layout.
I believe your mobile users will appreciate this change very much.
