New mail accounts unable to receive emails

New mail accounts unable to receive emails

I setup my email with Zoho on yesterday. Configured it with my domain address theempowerinsource.org. I am able to send emails but am unable to receive emails. I have tried to send from my yahoo account and another email provider and immediately get an unable to send error message. Please help! This email will be very important to my organization in the near future and I do need to be able to receive emails.
