[New] Manage your Shopify orders directly from Bigin with the all new Shopify topping!

We’re happy to announce a new Shopify integration for Bigin. This feature allows you to connect your Shopify account with Bigin and manage your customers and track orders directly in the app.

Shopify is a top e-commerce platform that helps you create online stores and sell products easily. Almost five million online stores in 175 countries use Shopify.

While Shopify is great for managing online stores, growing businesses need a solid customer management system. This is where Bigin steps in. Bigin offers an easy-to-use CRM to manage all of the information related to customers in one place. This new integration makes it even easier by linking Shopify with Bigin.

Key features:

Order tracking pipeline:

After setup, a “Shopify E-commerce Pipeline” is created in Bigin, making it easy to manage customer orders in Bigin's intuitive Pipeline View.

Two-way data sync:

Contacts, products, and orders are synced between Bigin and Shopify.

After installing the integration, you’ll need to provide:

Shopify shop name and shop URL: You can find these in your Shopify account settings.
Shopify access token: Create an app in your Shopify account to get this.

Follow the steps in the attached help document.

Once you've set up the integration, you can view all of your orders from your Shopify store in the “Shopify E-commerce Pipeline” in the Pipelines module. Also, when you open a Shopify customer's record from Bigin's contacts module, you can see the entire previous order history from that customer along with other related details in Bigin like Emails, Notes, Activities, and more to give you a 360-degree view about the customer.
