New Mass Emailing limits make absolutely no sense. 500 per day, Are you serious?

I was sending a mass email to some of my reports and I got the surprise that with the new pricing structure ZOHO reduced my ability to send mass emails to just 500 records per day. I dont know who was the genius behind this stupid policy because I have close to 10,000 contacts on a Professional subscription, which means that if I, for example, want to send a Happy Holidays email to my contacts I CANT. Furthermore any time I reach my limits ZOHO will not let me see the ones I didnt get to send an email so there is no clue how to continue the following day. This is one of the features design by an engineer who has never sold anything in his entire life! Just like the area in which you can schedule a call but it with not let you put a time to it.
