New Message "From:" Field - My name is incorrect

New Message "From:" Field - My name is incorrect

When I start a new message, the From field shows a shortened name from the email account I opened my zohomail account with.  It is not the name that I would like to display. I would like my recipient to see that mail is coming from me, not a nickname.

I changed the Nick name to my name in my Profile account information, but it is not reflected in the From field.

How can I change this?  It would be a Deal-breaker if I am unable to get this changed (unfortunately).
