We have created a new module and see the potential, b
ut, we have added the account and contact field to this new module and are having 2 issues.
1) When we populate the account and then go to contact, zoho crm should limit the list to show "associated" contacts, but this doesn't work.
It does work in our "standard" modules that are part of zoho.
How can this be enabled?
2) And, in this "new module", I am now scheduling activities but for each activity I have to manually set the contact even though the contact is set in the header information. Very difficult to use, can this be automated asap please?
