New Options in Workflow Management, Now Available in Professional Edition

Following are the recent updates:

Execute Workflow Rule on Delete - This option is now available in the Professional Edition also. Using this option, you can trigger workflow rules when certain records are deleted. The delete action includes:
  • Deleting a record from the Details Page.
  • Deleting from the List View (One by one or in bulk).
  • Using the Mass Delete feature.
  • Deleting from a record's Related List. For example, deleting a contact under an Account.
Record Owner, Record Creator & Record Owner's Manager options in Workflow Alert - Using workflow alerts, you can send email notifications to multiple recipients. The recipient's list also includes Record Owner, Record Creator, Record Owner's Manage, which is now available in the Professional Edition also.

Emails sent to potentials will be listed under the associated contact - When you send an email to the potential (contact's email address) the emails will not be listed under the Emails Related List in Contacts.
