Hi,

We imported a lot of contacts a while back, without any Organisation attached to them. I've been going through and creating these organisations, which is taking a while but has been going fine until yesterday.

I'll create an organisation, but when I add it to the person's contact record through the 'edit' button and the pop up screen (in the way I have been doing regularly since we got Zoho at least six months ago), Zoho will 'create' a different version of the account, which has ' in the middle of the normal name, even though I pick the one I created.

The first time this happens it doesn't even show the alternate name until the pop up screen closes. Even when I delete this, and try again, it still chooses this version, although now in the pop up screen, both versions are available.

It's not happening for all of them, but it's happened to three in a row.

What's happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
