Hi,

I needed to explain to our new marketing person how we use the mass email functionality in Zoho CRM and I figured it would be good for us and good for the Zoho users if I made it a public post instead of putting it behind our firewall.  As I was writing this up I noticed that to really do it right it took at LOT of steps and was there were a LOT of areas where people could easily make a mistake.  I documented some of my frustration here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/mass-email-functionality-needs-some-attention.
