We still do not make intensive work on CRM, but we are experiencing this issue sometimes and it is very disturbing.
After adding a new lead or contact to ZOHO, we cannot find it on a simple search. Other users from the company or even myself are not able to find the record. Some other times, one user can search for the record but the other user cannot, for the same simple search.
As this is not an easy thing to reproduce, can you please give me some guidelines on how to avoid or track this problem for reporting you when it happens again?
