New rules in formating the phone number ?

Hello,

I just discovered that you modified your post processing formating  of the phone numbers. Since new, there is no way to get the phone number with international format with a + before the country code.
When I enter +33 x xx xx xx xx it will be automatically saved as 33 x xx xx xx xx. By editing the single field it displays the + char but once the entire lead display is refreshed, no trace of the +. It has been removed.

So once again, you corrupt the integrity of the datas I'm entering into a field of ZohoCRM without prior advice.

What to do to have the phone numbers stored into the ZohoCRM base as I'm entering them (according our formating rules) ?
