New Search Function
Hey Team,
The search function updated in our CRM about a week ago, so I assume it was an automated update across Zoho.
It no longer displays leads/deals etc in Chronological order so that the most recently created or updated is the first to display which is quite annoying as we have many customers that have made multiple applications.
Is there a way to change the search so it displays all modules but chronologically? or is there a way we can customise the search to suit us better?
I did see that you can go to advanced search to display in order, but this is not practical for us to use day to day. I can't see what the benefits are of the new search function over the original one?
