I am excited for the opportunity to integrate this new Services and Appointments CRM module for our service-based company.  In starting to set up this module I went looking for an important aspect of services and appointments that our company would need mainly, extensive reporting of the appointments by sales person (user), an excel sheet that we could customize to show an entire sales week schedule.  

Secondly, there is the opportunity to create a job sheet however, I don't see where this is created, modified, collected/organized and reported on in the CRM.
