New Set of Enhancements in Pulse and More
Hello!
What new functions can you find in Zoho CRM today? Well, there are quite a few enhancements made to our existing features. Here is the list:
Changes in Pulse - Pulse in Zoho CRM is even better now with the new set of options.
Summary View for Workflow Rules - This view in Workflow Rules will list out the criteria and Field Updates associated to the rules. It will help you get a clear picture of all the rules and where they are used to avoid any confusion.
Update parent module fields using Workflow Field Updates - Using Field Update option you can now automatically update even the parent field values in the records. For example, you can update the Account fields when a workflow rule for contacts is triggered.

What new functions can you find in Zoho CRM today? Well, there are quite a few enhancements made to our existing features. Here is the list:
Changes in Pulse - Pulse in Zoho CRM is even better now with the new set of options.
- View records followed by you: Use the Followed by me option to view all the records that you follow. Even the records that are not assigned to you but followed by you will be listed here.
- Delete and restore details captured: Earlier deleting and restoring records were not captured in Pulse. Now, if records are deleted or restored individually or in bulk, they will be captured under the respective records in Pulse.
- Business Card View added: The expanded view of each record under the Pulse tab has the Business Card View where you can see the most important details of the record that you may want to know.
- Total followers for a record: You can make a note of the total number of followers for a record, be it a record that you follow or the one that you do not follow.
