New Task > Remind At Functionality: Issues in IE

When setting up a new task in the Contact Information page and using IE there is some adherent behavior:

1. The "Remind At" time dropdown has 9:00 AM selected and when attempting to scroll through the list to a later time, the list returns to the selected list item of 9:00AM. This behavior was experienced in IE 10 and earlier.

2. Clicking on the "Done" button on the "Remind At" section cause the entire New Task popup to disappear. This behavior was experienced in an earlier version of IE (9?).
