New Team Members Unable to view Shared Account Data

Please assist:

I recently created two new user profiles for my Zoho CRM team account, however both accounts appear unable to access shared team data for Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Potentials and Campaigns... All fields appear blank, while new user profiles had previously been able to view data and activities shared across the whole team.

Please advise if there is a fix for this issue as a matter of urgency.
