Hola!
We know you are very busy with schedules to make and people to manage. But how do you know when someone is actually available to work?
Calling temps one-by-one is time-consuming and exhausting. Zoho Workerly can save you hours and stress with its new feature—Temp Availability. It helps you find available temps, whenever and wherever.
Benefits of Temp Availability
Saves time: In industries with skill shortages, what counts is knowing who can work. This feature converts your passive temp database into a directory of your on-demand workforce. Temps update their availability in their calendars, and Workerly shows you who is free.
Eliminate shift conflicts: Seeing temp availability means no more over-scheduling or accidentally assigning double shifts. This keeps your temps happy and jobs filled with on-hand temps.
Avoid temp no-shows: Get informed about a temp's unavailability quickly so you can plan ahead and fill empty shifts. Avoiding no-shows helps you maintain a better client relationship.
At a glance...
Temps can login to their temp portal to access the "Availability" widget on the side panel. Their unavailable times can be marked on the calendar. Take a look at the screenshots below for a better understanding of how this works.
1. Add Unavailability: Temps are given options to choose when they are unable to work. They can mark themselves unavailable on the selected date, on a weekly basis, or on weekends.
2. Repeat: The days they are unable to work can be repeated on a recurring schedule that they set.
3. Clashes: Workerly gives a heads up in case of any clashes in the "Unavailability" marked.
4. Details: Clicking on an already marked "Unavailable" tab will show more information.
5. Edit and Delete: The details that pop up for future dates have both an edit and delete option. Temps can make changes whenever they want to.
