New tickets with empty image contents

Dear Support.
From the end of last week onwards customers send messages for new tickets through microsoft graph (by email to support at procert.ch using the procert portal).
We have an issue with the emails because well packed images are no longer visible.

We use base64 encoding such like:
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">test&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><img src="data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAAN

Before we were able to send the same content through smtp and the zoho desk platform accepted this type of content.

Because base64 encoded pictures coming from outlook are sill accepted I want do know if there is maybe sth. wrong with the headers or the encoding of the complete message.

I was told that Microsoft is stopping smtp for Office386 and only provides graph, that was the reason for the change.

What can I do to make this working again?
