New to Zoho

I have a question, i am fairly IT literate so i need to understand, i would like to use the recruit module for my business and this is easy to set up, but i need to understand some things. Do i need to have a main page or portal like zoho personal and then bolt on the recruit module from there, so i have one access point like "personal" and then i access the recruit module or do i just have the recruit module only. If i only need the recruit module, how can i control lets say other users. I also have another question, i am looking to purchase the recruit module so myself and one other can use recruit, does the Parse for cv's come free with the recruit portal
