I'm just new to Zoho. Our company is currently looking for another CRM System that can provide us everything that we need. Do you have any PowerPoint presentations or video presentations that I can use so they can watch it instead of taking time just to know whats the difference between this CRM system than other CRM? 

We are under educational institution. We will be needing system that can manage our student database, school database, call monitoring, orientation schedules (that should have a pop-out alert every time we login in to the system). I am now currently using the free edition and we are planning to upgrade into enterprise edition. I need to have some feedback and suggestions so I can discuss it to them more efficiently by next week :)
