New to ZOHO and CRM!

New to ZOHO and CRM!

A friend suggested ZOHO to me and I like what I see so far. I've never used an actual CRM before so I have lots of questions and concerns. I currently us iCal and Address Book on my MacBook Pro. Both sync well with my Blackberry Curve.

If I can make put all of that information in one place and have them work together, it would be great. However, I want to make sure ZOHO is going to work completely before I take time to import or log in contacts.

Any suggestions for getting started with ZOHO to make things go smoothly? Time is important since this my busy season. Any advice will be appreciated.

Bear in mind that I'm not very tech savvy so please use the KISS concept.
