New to Zoho and need a suggestion regarding contacts and products
I've been working on customizing the Zoho environment to meet our needs here, but there an issue that I can't seem to solve. I need a way to associate a lead (or in worse case, a contact) with a Product we sell. We'd like to be able to search on that Product field for the lead or contact associated with it. I can get a Product in a contact's record, but I can find no way to search on it. Any suggestions?
