I've been using -well, rather, struggling with- Zoho for some half an hour now and I feel quite disappointed by its functionality. Of the two things I've tried, none of them have worked as I expected.
The first one was the "Groups" feature of Zoho Mail (there is no "Contacts" option). I created a group in order to be able to just mail to a group of people, but it seems I need to send an invitation to them (invitation to what? To join Zoho? To join my group? No explanation included). But the really frustrating thing was when I tried to edit the group in order to add more people: I just couldn't. I spent some 10 minutes fumbling with the edit options to no avail. I ended up deleting the group.
The second one was when I intended to create a spreadsheet and was not able to paste anything into it, whether a single line or a range of lines from another spreadsheet. On top of that, there is seemingly no option to make the spreadsheet available to some group in particular. Just "Publish".
Of course it might be the case that I am just doing things wrong and there's a way to do them right, but, as I said before, the behavior is just not the usual one I expect.
