New to Zoho CRM - help needed with setup please!
Hi,
We're new to Zoho CRM so I'l outline what we're trying to acheive and if someone could advise of the best way to train our staff to go throught the process of enquiry > quote > confirm order that would be great.
We sell custom designed products and we have customers who will call up to place an order and that will be all they buy al year. Other cusotmers will buy from us every couple of weeks. I need every new enquiry, by email or by phone, to be added as a new 'lead' so that all leads (potential orders) are visibile to the whole team. At the moment it seems that once a lead has been added as a customer/contact then the lead won't appear as a new lead when added from Zoho Mail or Outlook when using the 'Add to Email - leads' function.
I'd like a setup whereby a member of staff can take an email enquiry, add the enquiry as a lead, and then move the lead forward to a quote stage and attach an associated design mock up to the lead profile. At this stage the email chain will be tied into the lead, along with the quote and design attachment.
The next stage will be to covert the order to a confirmed sale where it will reigister in a confirmed sales section and it will be included in any reports that detail sales revenue per user.
At the moment I'm having trouble getting each enquiry to be treated as a sperate lead, with a unique attachment, quote, and confirmed order, It seems to be grouping multiple enquiries from the same customer into one customer account and mixing up the quotes, losing some of the attachments, and not registering converted quotes in the sales reports.
If anyone has any advice on how I can setup Zoho CRM to suit our requirements that would be great.
