We have an insurance agency. We get residual income from policies as long as they are active. I've seen some other posts on this, and have some ideas on how to handle tracking residual income.
What should i do with the pipeline stage, if i replace a policy, or if a customer leaves us for another agency? Would it be best practice to leave that deal as "closed-won"? or move it to another stage? like "closed-won-customer canceled" or "closed-won-replaced policy? Or create a custom field to track this and not mess with the pipeline stage?
