I joined Zoho yesterday and am trying to copy information so I always have it in one place.

For instance in my LEADS I have lots of information including Facebook, Twitter, Skype ID etc. I have these same fields in ACCOUNTS but when I convert to an account, these fields all remain empty... how do I ensure all information is transferred over?
