There's a small css issue with the popups that occur when fields are set to mandatory in a layout rule.

Scenario:

User sets a field to X which triggers a layout rule that sets a field to mandatory. This causes a popup screen to prompt the user to enter details (which is great).

1. The user can't see the full tooltips within a field

2. If user clicks save without entering info the error messages overlap with the fields.
