I recently switched to the new Zoho People UI, and I’m not happy with it. It’s confusing, and the navigation isn’t easy to use.

In the old UI, I could easily view all leave applications for the whole organization. But now, I can only see leave requests for myself and my direct reports, and I can’t check the leave applications of other team members.

The same issue is happening with performance reviews. I can only see reviews for myself and my direct reports, and I can't access the data for other reviewers. In the old UI, I had an option to filter the data by reviewer.

Is there a way to go back to the old UI? It was much easier for me to manage everything there.
