Creating projects and keeping reports up to date are part of everyday project management. With the latest updates to Zoho Projects, you can now create projects from requirement documents or prompts using an AI agent and sync project data with Zoho Analytics in real time.

Create projects using AI

As AI continues to find its place across software and business workflows, we are extending its capabilities in Zoho Projects to one of the most fundamental parts of project management which is creating a project with the requirement file or a prompt.

For example, for a product launch project, team can upload the project brief document and generate a project structure with product preparation, testing, marketing, and release. Additional instructions can also be provided as prompts.

The team can then review the generated plan, refine its details, and select the custom fields and modules to include before creating the project.

Once reviewed, users can create the project with the structure that works for the team.

Real-time data sync between Zoho Projects and Zoho Analytics

Project data in Zoho Projects can now sync with Zoho Analytics in real-time. This keeps dashboards and reports aligned with the latest project data. Teams can now sync data daily, hourly, weekly, or in real time based on their requirements.

For example, a healthcare staffing agency tracks placements as tasks in Zoho Projects and monitors staff data through Zoho Analytics dashboards. With scheduled syncs, the team reviews the information at regular intervals. Opting for Real-time Sync on the Analytics integration page, the dashboard updates immediately across modules each time a recruiter updates or creates a request, or changes a status or due date.

The result is that dashboards always reflect the latest project data, and client conversations are based on current numbers instead of the last scheduled sync.
