Trying to add a new user to our account. When he is logged in through the link on the invitation email to the main account page and tries to continue to CRM a page shows 'important note' CONTINUE OR CANCEL. We presume he already has a user id and hit CANCEL, then it simply goes back to the account page, hit CRM again and the same happens. Cannot get in to CRM for our new user. Wil have to cancel account and find new provider?
