New user

Hi

I've recently changed my website name, and am trying to create a new email to match in Zoho - I've linked the domain, and now when I try to 'add user' so I can create the new email address it keeps saying 'user already exists for this org' and I've upgraded to 2 users and still that doesn't work - any ideas? Thanks :)
