New user account pending invitation

Hi

I am trying to set-up our domain for Zoho Mail and have added 6 email addresses without any problems, but the final one just will not be added.

It keeps saying the user has already been invited: gareth@dauntlessboatyard.com

If the user confirms the invitation it says its accepted but the user remains on the pending invitation list. I've tried deleting the invitation and then adding the user again but it keeps happening.

Checking through the forum it may be this user has used this email address as a secondary email for another account but he says he hasn't so I am at a loss as to why I can get him added ahead.

Is it possible to check on your databases if there is a lock or another account somewhere?
