We have created a new Zoho Account for a team member but she has received this error message:
You are invited to join Virtual Group's CRM Account - upon clicking the Join Now link
Unable to join Virtual Group's CRM AccountSince you are already part of a CRM account and you are the only active user in that account, you will not be able to accept the invitation. Delete that CRM account. You can refer this help document to know how.
Kindly take note that her old account tied with a different email address has been deleted.
Please advise as soon as you can.
