I created a new email thru our host (Doteasy), however this email is not receiving any mail because my email service is already pointing to ZOHO.
So when I created a NEW USER for ZOHO; I have to authenticate & verify the email account first, by clicking the link in the Zoho on-boarding email. But my emails are not going anywhere because we have already pointed the MX record to zoho.
How can I verify my new user?
