New user email notifications

New user email notifications

Hi,

I'm just getting my feet wet with Zoho project management. As the admin for this project, I'll be adding 3-4 additional users. After I complete the setup for a new user, is an email sent automatically to that user? Can I choose to NOT send an initial notification, at least not until I'm ready? Since our project has been underway for awhile, I want to enter the tasks etc., including assignments to users, BEFORE the user signs in for the first time.

Is there a way to do this - or am I mistaken in thinking that a notification is sent immediately after the email address is entered for a new user?
