New User Forum

Why isn't there a "new user" forum? I have lots of question most of which could be answered if I could find application documentation or help but I can't and I don't see how to get help. I find this extremely frustrating. Isn't this supposed to be easy?

If there was a "new user" forum at least I wouldn't feel so stupid and I am a very experienced MS Office user.
