I just now registered with Zoho and wanted to use the Email functionality with my personally owned Domain, but I get the above error message. It seems like almost everyone that tries this service gets the same message. I have NEVER signed up with Zoho with my domain, so it could not possibly already be registered.

Would an admin or Tech Support look into this so that I can use my domain (johnson-crew.com) for email please?
