New user - iphone, searching contacts by fields other than name

New user - iphone, searching contacts by fields other than name

I just imported a bunch of Contacts into CRM and have them in my iphone.  I want to either 1) display the contacts by company name or 2) search by company name.  It appears that this is not supported, which i find very strange.  Any advice?  Thanks.
