Hello-
I'm a new personal user of zoho.com mail. I do not send marketing emails or mass emails or anything of the sort. I left a job after a very long time and needed a reliable personal email account, and I found my way to zoho. My problem is that an extraordinary number of emails that I send are never received by the intended recipient. Many of those emails end up in junk or spam folders but some get filtered out by the recipient's mail server immediately. For example, I cannot successfully send an email to any of the teachers or administrators in my children's public school system, because apparently zoho has been blacklisted. Emails to the teachers get kicked out of the system and don't even make it as far the intended recipient's junk or spam folder. Similarly, I do some on the side consulting work and several of my consulting clients have had issues receiving my emails as well. I try to be specific with my subjects (nothing controversial) and content, but the mail still isn't getting to their inboxes. Is this something that zoho can address?
