I am just in the process evaluating Zoho after being told about it today and potentially fits the needs of someone I know setting up a business.
What I am wondering at the moment is how I add an email for a user after I have added a domain and mail hosting?
When I logon as the user and go to mail settings to add another mail it asks me to verify the email address, but no verification mail is received in Zoho or at the pop3 account where the domain is hosted.
In in the inbox for the user I do get this however:
"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.

I have editted out the domain and user as these have to remain private for now.
Is this because I have only just set the MX Records? Is it just a matter of time waiting for them to repoint or am I going about this wrong?
ANy help appreciated
