We are encountering an issue when creating new user accounts. We create a new user in Zoho People, and the new user receives an email address with the following text,

Please follow the instructions given below to access your Zoho People account.
1. Navigate to Zoho People using this link.
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Hit 'Sign In'."
The problem is that we have not set a password for the user at all - the user has no password. When they follow the link they are prompted for their email address but have to press "Forgot Password" link and manually reset a password. This is getting tiresome for every new employee.
Where can the new user find their password? Can the administrator set a generic password for new users?
