New User (requesting aid more on a personal level, maybe 1 to 1)

Hello All,

The last 2 weeks, I have spent countless hours downloading and deleting CRM apps on my iphone.  With nearly 1000 different apps out there, I have to say, landing on ZOHO a few days ago has brought some relief as I believe my search for what I have been looking for has come to an end.

I must say, I am very impressed with everything ZOHO has to offer so far, and seems to touch base with just about everything I am looking for.

So...  Saying that, lol, I need help!!!  I have NEVER used a crm before, it is the first time I am a B2B sales rep, and I really want to make this work for me, and really nail the customization of this software to suit my needs.

Understanding how to use it properly and making me as efficient as possible while I complete my daily tasks.  I am the only sales rep for the business, we are 5 people in total, and I represent the most crucial role. 

Is anyone willing to coach me?  <------ LOL, to the point!!!
