New user setup problem
I am the Zoho CRM admin, and trying to setup a new user. Every time he clicks on the e-mailed link to setup a new account, he is able to enter a user ID, but when he clicks continue it brings him to a screen that indicates he should contact the administrator to gain access to Zoho CRM. What is going on? He did have another account in the past, but we've made sure he's logged out of that first.
