New Users

Hi,

I'm using your excelent service, Zoho Virtual Office for a while, the on-demand version. within the options in VO i'm able to add users to be able to use VO, but i can't make them able to login to the online version, altough they have replied to the email that is sent by VO when adding a new user.

Am i wrong by saying that it isn't working? or is this correct and i can't actually add any user unless i pay?
Can i share all VO features with other users, all in the same virtual space?
